Participants experience the entire process of making soba, from working with the flour to shaping, cutting, and boiling the noodles. While experiencing the skills of a craftsman and the difficulty of the delicate, hands-on work, participants can also enjoy the sense of achievement that comes from tasting soba they have made themselves. This is an opportunity to learn about traditional Japanese food culture through all five senses.
