| Program Contents | After watching a video about the relationship between Minamisanriku Town and the Moai, participants take part in a painting experience. The sand statue Moai contains sand from a beach in Minamisanriku Town. Participants can freely paint the eyes, head, cheeks, and other parts to create their own original “Moai Statue.” The finished work dries quickly and can be placed in a special box to take home. |
